    Enable auto-scheduling Permissions

Auto-scheduling provides candidates with a simplified experience when communicating with your AI Assistant. While in a conversation, your AI Assistant will run natural language processing (NLP) on all screening questions and determine whether or not the candidate meets the minimum qualifications based on their responses.

When the minimum qualifications are met, then your AI Assistant can return the set outcome, such as scheduling an interview. This process greatly saves time for the candidate, recruiters, coordinators, and others since the candidates have already been screened for the job and are ready for higher level questioning.

    Enable auto-scheduling

You can enable auto-scheduling in the following system areas:

    • Jobs/Group Management – Most beneficial for teams using Conversational ATS for high-volume hiring.
    • Journey Targeting – Most beneficial for teams using an integrated ATS for high-volume hiring.
    • Conversation Builder – Most beneficial for teams who want to support varied paths that candidates can take in determining their qualification level.
    • Campaigns – Most beneficial for teams who want to schedule previously qualified candidates in a set status, schedule candidates in bulk, or who want simpler scheduling practices (scheduling without a conversation).
    • Auto-scheduling with API – Most beneficial for teams using an integrated ATS who want efficient scheduling as soon as a qualified candidate is found without having any manual interaction.

    Permissions

Permissions vary by feature, but most features include full access to Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners by default.
