The following provides an overview of additional Job Search feature logic that is either built-in by default or can be configured under the right conditions.

    Dependencies:

    • The recruiter and/or hiring manager user data (i.e. their email) must be sent over via the client’s job feed for this functionality to work.
    • The account must have user records for the associated users that can be scheduled via a req.

If the above dependencies are met and once the job feed is correctly processed with the user data on the job requisition, you can utilize the auto-scheduling with a Recruiter [and/or] Hiring Manager on a Job functionality.

This functionality is configured on the job level in the Job Builder.

    1. Open the preferred job category and then job from the Jobs list.
    2. Navigate to the Candidate Journey section.
    3. In the Scheduling section, edit the scheduling details by updating the Interviewer on the interview to a user under Recruiter on Job, Hiring Manager on Job, or both.
    4. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    5. When the drawer closers, select Save in the upper-right corner of the section.
    6. Select the Unpublished status and then Publish to finalize your changes.
