The Visual Editor is a self-service content editing tool built into Site Studio that lets you update text and images on your career site pages. You can make real-time content changes, preview them before publishing, and push updates live, all without writing code.

    Use cases

    • Marketing managers and employer branding leads who need to frequently update career site imagery, team photos, benefits copy, and hiring messaging to stay current.
    • Talent acquisition teams that need rapid content updates during peak hiring seasons where days-long turnaround on text changes directly impacts candidate pipeline.

    Configuration

Follow the below configuration guide outlined here to set up the Visual Editor.

    Navigation

Navigate to the Site Studio by first clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Site Studio in its drop-down menu.

To navigate to the Visual Editor:

    1. In the All Sites list view, select the site you want to edit.
    2. Under Actions in the Visual Editor, select Edit Content.

    The Visual Editor then opens.
