    Configuration Navigation Permissions

Before opening the Visual Editor, a Paradox Admin or System Implementor must grant the Visual Editor permission in Roles & Permissions.

    Configuration

Follow the configuration guide outlined here to ensure that the Site Studio setting is enabled in Client Setup.

    Navigation

Navigate to the Site Studio by first clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Site Studio in its drop-down menu.

To navigate to the Visual Editor:

    1. In the All Sites list view, select the site you want to edit.
    2. Under Actions in the Visual Editor, select Edit Content.

    The Visual Editor then opens.

    Permissions

By default, no user roles will have access to the Visual Editor. Work with your CS Representative to determine which users should have access to edit text, links, and images on a career site via the Site Studio > Visual Editor permission.
