Edit text Edit a link address Additional information

Text and link address elements on your career site can be edited and saved directly in the Visual Editor. You can hover over the canvas to identify editable text, then select it to edit the content.

    Edit text

    To edit a text element:

    1. Hover over the text on the page and select it.
    2. Using the Edit Content panel, update the following as needed:
      • Content: Edit the text as desired.
      • Text Formatting: Highlight the text you want to format and then select B (to bold), I (to italicize), or U (to underline).
      • Font Weight: Select the font weight from the following options:
        • 100 Thin
        • 200 Extra Light
        • 300 Light
        • 400 Regular
        • 500 Medium
        • 600 Semi Bold
        • 700 Bold
        • 800 Extra Bold
        • 900 Black
    3. In the lower-right corner, select Apply to apply your changes.

To remove text formatting, you can select the formatted text and re-select the same option again.

    Edit a link address

To update a link address within a text element:

    1. Select the text element containing the link.
    2. Using the Edit Content panel, locate the Link Address field, where the current URL is pre-filled.
    3. Clear the field and enter the new URL.
    4. In the lower-right corner, select Apply to apply your changes.

Users cannot leave the link address empty.

The Link Address field cannot be left empty. If you remove the link address without entering a replacement link address, the change will not be saved.

    Additional information

    • Expand or carousel sections: There may be hidden content within expand or carousel sections on your career site. To interact with those elements, the keyboard shortcut is Command + Click for Mac or Ctrl + Click for Windows.
    • Shared content: If the Edit Content panel displays a warning message that your edit will affect all instances, the element you selected is shared across multiple pages. Any change you make will update that content everywhere it displays on the career site, not just on the current page.
    • Can't select a text element?: Not all text on the page is editable. If an element does not respond when selected, contact your CS Representative for more information.
