Manually add a dynamic job description to a job

Dynamic job descriptions that are set to Not Required allow users to purposely add them to individual jobs. This article outlines the process of adding these descriptions to jobs.
Add an optional dynamic job description to a job
- Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then the Settings app from its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
- The Jobs section will open by default. Click into the preferred job.
- Open the Job Description section.
- Place your cursor in the preferred location where you want the job description added.
- Select the Add Section selector in the far right end of the toolbar.
- Select the preferred job description section from the list that opens.
- Note: The same section cannot be added twice to the same job description and will appear grayed out in the Add Section selector.
- Repeat steps #5-7 for all sections that you want to add to the job.

Note: This section will have the corresponding icon actions:

– Hover over this to view a tooltip including the targeting rules set for this job description section.- Note: If there are no targeting rules set for this section, then a message will display below the job description section title indicating that no targeting rules have been met. Targeting rules can only be set on the description section.

– Select this to remove the optional section. -
– Select this icon and then drag and drop the section in the preferred place within the job description.

Note: This section will have the corresponding icon actions:
- Click Save to save the changes.
- Publish the job.
Multilingual logic
If the job description section has an additional language template and the job has a matching language template, then we will use the translated section for that language template. If the job has a language template that is not supported with a section, then we will use the default language translation.
