Visual Editor: Navigate and work in the editor
Table of Contents
The Visual Editor gives you options for browsing pages, switching languages, and adjusting your view of the canvas. These options are available in the left panel or the upper-right toolbar.
Browse pages
The left panel lists all of the pages in your career site, organized folder by folder. You can select the desired folder and then select the page's name to load it in the canvas to edit. Folders can also be expanded or collapsed to help you find the page you need.
You must save any edits on the current page before navigating to another page. If you navigate away with unsaved changes, select Cancel to return and save, or Discard Changes to leave without saving.
Switch languages
If your career site is configured for multiple languages, a language selector appears at the top of the left panel.
To switch languages:
- Select the language dropdown below the site name.
- Select the language you want to edit in the Visual Editor.
The canvas then reloads to show the selected page in that language.
You can save and publish language-specific edits the same way you would for the default language of your career site.
To edit content per language on your career site, elements must be configured for translation by your career sites developer. If a text element looks the same in all languages, it may not be set up for translation.
