This May 12th release includes the following enhancements. These updates are subject to change until the day of the release.

Happy May! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter. If you want any additional information or help configuring the features below, please contact your CS representative.

Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.

    Paradox Analytics

    New analytics experience

Paradox Analytics is now available! Paradox Analytics is a completely rebuilt analytics experience designed to make recruiting reporting simpler, faster, and truly self‑service.

You can access in your account by navigating to All Apps > Analytics.

    Browser Extension

    HiredScore integration

You can now view Paradox candidate scheduling data directly within HiredScore. On the Applicants page, you can view the following Paradox-specific columns:

    • Scheduling Status: Each candidate's current scheduling status pulled from Paradox.
    • View Conversation: The candidate's Paradox conversation in the Browser Extension, which can be opened in a single click.

On an individual candidate's page, a new status indicator displays the candidate's current Paradox status.

By surfacing Paradox data where your team already works, recruiters and hiring managers can check a candidate's scheduling progress without switching between tools. A recruiter reviewing a list of applicants can instantly see who is scheduled, in progress, or needs follow-up, and a hiring manager evaluating an individual candidate has the same Paradox context right at the top of the page.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts all user roles, as well as any user roles with access to the Paradox Browser Extension. You must have the HiredScore integration to access this feature.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is available to clients using the Paradox Browser Extension with the HiredScore integration configured. Setup is required to enable the integration. This feature is automatically available to use for all clients with the Candidate Data Portal. Please contact your CS Representative for help configuring this feature.

    Content Management System (CMS)

Live calculation of content quality score

You can now see your Content Quality Score update immediately after confirming each intent, without needing to work through every flagged intent before the score reflects your changes. Your score also recalculates automatically when you edit intents directly in the Content Management System (CMS).

By reflecting the impact of each edit as it happens, your team can see meaningful progress in real time and prioritize improvements where they matter most. Whether you're working through flagged intents in the Improve Score workflow or making direct updates in the CMS, every confirmed change counts toward your score the moment it's saved.

Learn more about content quality score.

Watch a live video walkthrough from the product manager.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts Paradox Admins, System Implementers (Partner Users), and Company/Account Admins, as well as user roles with access to the Content Management System (CMS).
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to all clients using the Content Quality Score feature in the CMS. No setup required.

    Data Privacy

Candidate information (data) portal footer improvements

You can now control whether a Contact Us button displays on the footer of the Candidate Information portal and populate it with your own contact details: company website, address, phone number, and contact email. Candidates can select this to view your organization's information when they visit the portal to view or manage their data.

By directing candidates to your team's contact information rather than a third party's, the data rights experience feels more like a natural extension of your organization. A candidate submitting a request sees your privacy email or company website, which builds trust and ensures your team receives the communication directly.

Learn more about the candidate Information (data) portal.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementers (Partner Users) with access to Client Setup.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients with the Candidate Information portal (companies with candidates based in the EU and California). Setup is required to display your company's contact information on the portal. Please contact your CS Representative for help configuring this feature.

    Job Search

    Remote job geofencing

You can now ensure candidates only see remote jobs that are relevant to where they are. Job Search now uses a candidate's inferred or specified location to filter and prioritize remote results, matching at the city, state or province, and country level. You can choose to strictly geofence remote results, surface all remote jobs alongside location-matched results, or leave the default system behavior in place. If no location-specific match is found for the candidate, they can still see the full set of remote opportunities.

By putting geographic control over remote job visibility directly in your hands, your team can improve match quality and stay compliant with location-based hiring requirements across regions.

Watch a live video walkthrough from the product manager.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementers (Partner Users) with access to Client Setup. Please work with your CS Representative for help configuring this feature.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Job Search. No setup is required to maintain existing Job Search behavior, but setup is required to location-based geofencing and remote job search. Please contact your CS Representative for help configuring this feature.

    Conversational ATS

    Live shift editing

You can now add, update, or delete shift configurations while jobs remain active, without needing to toggle or turn off jobs first.

By removing the requirement to turn jobs off to make shift updates, your team can adjust configurations at any time without interrupting the candidate experience or creating gaps in job availability. High-volume and seasonal operations can update shift details on the fly, making your shift edits easier than ever.

Learn more about shifts, managing shifts in My Jobs and offer letters, and the Recruiting Dashboard.

Watch a live video walkthrough from the product manager.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts all user roles but Basic/Limited Users who manage Conversational ATS jobs that have Advanced Shifts enabled, as well as any user role with access to the Job Manager, My Jobs, and the Recruiting Dashboard.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Advanced Shifts. No setup required.

    Conversational Scheduling

    Candidate time zone overhaul

You can now control how Paradox determines the timezone used in candidate scheduling communications by ranking five timezone methods in priority order. If the top-ranked method is unavailable for a candidate, Paradox automatically falls back to the next method in your ranking. You can also choose how timezones display to candidates:

    • Abbreviated (MST)
    • Full Name (Mountain Standard Time)
    • UTC offset (UTC-07:00)
    • … all configurable at the account level or per location.

By putting timezone logic directly in your hands, your team can align scheduling communications with what candidates and hiring teams actually expect to see.

Learn more about this feature with the following documentation:

    • Time zone methods
    • Location Management
    • Messaging a candidate
    • Client Setup settings (Paradox Admins/system implementers only)
    • Assistant Messaging overview (Paradox Admins/system implementers only)

Watch a live video walkthrough from the product manager.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementers (Partner Users) with access to Client Setup, and Company/Account Admins with access to Location Management.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to configure for all clients using Conversational Scheduling.
      • Migration Note: Existing accounts are automatically migrated to a timezone method ranking that reflects their current configuration. No setup is required to maintain your existing setup, please contact your CS Representative if you would like to customize your candidate timezone rankings.

    Minute-level reminder frequencies

You can now configure custom Scheduling Reminder frequencies in minutes, giving you the flexibility to send reminders as close as five minutes before an interview starts. You can set the exact timing that works for your workflow for both candidate and employee.

By putting precise timing control directly in your hands, you can ensure candidates and employees receive reminders exactly when it matters most. Whether that's a quick nudge five minutes before an interview or a series of escalating reminders spread across hours and days, the reminder cadence now fits your process rather than the other way around.

    Learn more about scheduling reminders.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementers (Partner Users), as well as any user roles with access to Assistant Reminders.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Conversational Scheduling, specifically Assistant Reminders (Scheduling Reminders). No setup is required to maintain your existing setup, but please contact your CS Representative if you would like to customize minute-level frequency for your scheduling reminders.

    Forms

    Candidate form download

You can now give candidates a record of what they submitted in a form. After completing a form, candidates can select See Your Responses to receive a PDF copy of their answers. Once the file is ready, a Download Your Responses button appears for the candidate to easily save it directly to their device. Individual documents attached to the form are available for separate download.

By putting a copy of submitted responses directly in candidates' hands, your hiring process feels more transparent and complete. A candidate who finished an onboarding form can reference exactly what they filled out, and a new hire completing a benefits enrollment form walks away with a personal record, without needing to contact your team to retrieve it.

Learn more about candidate experience: view and download form responses, offers: candidate experience, and Workflow Builder token list.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts candidates who complete forms.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all clients using Forms (a Conversational ATS feature). No setup is required.

    Paradox Assist

Candidate journey awareness and in-conversation status updates

You can now ask Paradox Assist to update candidate statuses directly from the conversation. When you type a request, Assist identifies the candidate, retrieves their current journey status and available next steps, and presents a confirmation card in the chat before executing the change, with absolutely no navigation to the Candidate Inbox required.

By putting candidate status management directly into the conversation, your team can act on candidates the moment a decision is made. A recruiter finishing a phone screen can immediately tell Assist to move the candidate forward or disposition a candidate mid-conversation, all without losing their place or switching pages to complete the action.

Learn more about Paradox Assist and moving candidates along in the hiring process.

Watch a live video walkthrough from the product manager.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This update impacts all user roles but Basic/Limited Users, as well as any user roles with access to Paradox Assist.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all Paradox Assist clients, but setup is required to enable it. Please contact your CS Representative if you would like to enable the Change Status ability for Paradox Assist.

    Minor enhancements

    Assistant Messaging

We've updated the Assistant Messaging to ensure messages are mapped to their intended recipients and search results accurately filter by Candidate and User audiences.

    Channels

    • We've updated the HELP and STOP keyword responses for United States (US) short codes to ensure compliance with Twilio audit requirements:
      • HELP: {BRAND NAME}: Help at smshelp@paradox.ai. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Text STOP to cancel.
      • STOP: You are unsubscribed from {BRAND NAME}. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help or smshelp@paradox.ai Reply START to resubscribe.
    • We've updated all short code messages that include a link to add Msg&data rates may apply at the end of the text, as required by Twilio audit requirements.
    • We've updated 10DLC Brand Registrations submitted in one environment (such as STG) to be used in CEM accounts in another environment (such as PROD), eliminating the need to resubmit brand registration across environments.

    Content Management System (CMS)

We've updated the Media Library to display the full URL when hovering, allowing users to easily read and copy media links without needing to open them in a separate tab.

    Conversational Events

    • We've updated the Finalize Expenses feature in Campus Events so it is accessible regardless of whether Olivia Assist is enabled.
    • The Event Home page has received a redesign, featuring a modern, visually clean, and intuitive interface. This modernization effort ensures the page aligns with our latest platform standards, delivering a smoother and more efficient user experience.

    Employee Communications

We've updated the Messages app so that when all contact methods fail, the message is saved in the app and displayed as Sent via Web, keeping the message history clean and limiting display to successfully delivered messages (OL-334748).

    Integrations

    • We've updated the User Feed to support two new mapping columns, Removal Location ID and Removal Area ID, allowing customers to grant broad area-level permissions while explicitly excluding specific locations or sub-areas from a user's permission set.
    • We've updated the Public API to support sending interview alerts for sequential interviews where all sub-interviews share the same interviewer group with a single attendee and include a debrief.

    Job Management

We've updated Job Approvals on mobile to support view-only access to additional fields, including internal title, locations, timeline, candidate journey, and screening and outcomes.

    Multilingual

We've updated Paradox to support Finnish and Norwegian as available platform languages.

    Recruiting Dashboard

We’ve updated the Recruiting Dashboard so that users can edit job approvals.

    Security

We've updated the Candidate Data page so that candidates with an unsubscribed email can still complete verification. When they select the email option, they'll receive a resubscribe link, and once confirmed, they can receive their verification code and access their data as normal.
