    Events: Customize open & close registration period for on-site registration My Calendar: New settings page Platform: Table management feature

    If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system. 

    The following enhancements will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

    Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

     

     

    Events: Customize open & close registration period for on-site registration

    If you manage Hiring Events, you can customize the on-site registration period for your in-person hiring event. This allows you to have more control and flexibility on when candidates can no longer complete on-site registration.
     

    To customize the on-site registration period for your event:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps and then select the Events tile under the Candidates section.
    2. In the upper-right corner, select Create New Event from the Events page.
    3. Select In-Person in the modal that displays.
    4. Fill out all of the steps in the Events Builder.
    5. In the Registration step under the Pre-Event Registration section, select the Allow for on-site registration checkbox.
    6. Under the Closes On-site Registration section, select the Event End Date & Time from the At Set Time dropdown menu. The following timeframes are available for selection:
      1. 1 hour after the event
      2. 12 hours after the event
      3. 24 hours after the event
      4. Set specific date and time (custom)
        1. This defaults to the set end time of the event, but the date, time, and timezone can be customized according to preferences.
           

    My Calendar: New settings page

    The Calendar settings page allows you to access and configure your interview settings, integrated calendars, and calendar settings in one consolidated place through the new instead of having to navigate between My Calendar and My Profile.

     

    To edit your calendar settings: 

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps and then select the Calendars tile under the Candidates section.
    2. In the upper-right corner of the calendar section, select the three-dotted menu.
    3. From the dropdown that displays, select Calendar Settings.
    4. Edit your calendar settings according to your preferences.

    You can also do this for any location calendars you may be assigned to.

     


    Platform: Table management feature

     You now have more control of your table settings when viewing candidates. This helps manage a large influx of candidates by speeding up the process of reviewing each candidate profile. 


    This enhancement applies for hiring events and candidate management. If you have access to any of these areas in the platform, follow the below processes. 

     

    To manage your candidate tables in Events:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps and then select the Events tile under the Candidates section.
    2. Select an Event.
    3. Within the Event page, navigate to the Candidates tab. You can select either My Candidates or All Candidates.
    4. Select the table icon in the upper-right corner to open the Table Settings slide-out drawer.
    5. Navigate to the For You or For All tab to customize the respective table settings.
      1. For You – When a user customizes the table settings For You, the table customizations will only apply to that specific user.
    6. Customize the ordering of the columns for your table by doing the following:
      1. Drag and drop the columns to rearrange the columns into your desired layout.
      2. Hide a field that you do not want to appear by selecting the eye icon next to the column’s name. Once you do this, the eye icon turns grey and has a slash through it to indicate the column is hidden from the table.
      3. Create a new field by selecting Create a New Field, where you can enter a Field Name and select a System Attribute.
    7. After customizing your table to your preferences, select the Save button in the lower-right corner.

    To manage your candidate tables in Candidate Management:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps and then select the Candidate Management tile under the Candidates section.
    2. Navigate to the All Candidates tab.
    3. Select the table icon in the upper-right corner to open the Table Settings slide-out drawer.
    4. Navigate to the For You or For All tab to customize the respective table settings.
      1. For You – When a user customizes the table settings For You, the table customizations will only apply to that specific user.
