What’s in Paradox Analytics? What’s happening with legacy reporting? Helpful links

Paradox Analytics is now available! 🎉

Paradox Analytics is a completely rebuilt analytics experience designed to make recruiting reporting simpler, faster, and truly self‑service.

You can access in your account by navigating to All Apps > Analytics.

    What’s in Paradox Analytics?

Paradox Analytics is your new intelligence layer for recruiting. It replaces hundreds of static reports with:

    • Self‑service reporting: A small set of flexible templates instead of 250+ one‑off reports.
    • Dashboards & visuals: Scorecards, bar/line charts, and text in a single, shareable view.
    • Trusted data: One unified data model, role‑based permissions, and support for custom attributes.
    • Better performance: Faster load times and more reliable scheduled deliveries.

    What’s happening with legacy reporting?

    • Legacy reporting is still available today. You don’t need to switch everything at once, but reports will not be auto‑migrated.
    • Over the coming months, we’ll guide you through self‑migrating the reports you rely on most into Paradox Analytics using templates, examples, and training.
    • Legacy reporting will be retired later in 2026. We’ll share the exact cutoff date and reminders well in advance so you have time to complete your transition.

For additional details on what’s included, how migration works, and common questions, check out our Paradox Analytics FAQ: [FAQ link].
