Alert trigger and frequency
A location mapping alert from Alert Management is triggered for a tentative location only once when it first breaches a configured threshold (either candidate volume or unresolved duration).
No further alerts are sent for that specific tentative location unless:
- It breaches a different configured threshold (e.g., first triggers for 25 candidates, then later for 50 candidates if the threshold is increased).
- The existing threshold that triggered the notification is updated.
There may be a maximum 30-minute delay in sending email alerts to relevant users after a threshold is breached.
