You can configure Location Mapping alerts in the Data Feeds section of Alert Management to help proactively manage unresolved tentative location records. This ensure timely resolution and data accuracy.

You can also manage which users these notifications. Only users with Full Access to the Location Mapping permission can be added as recipients for these alerts.

Alert options

High Candidate Volume Alert

Th High Candidate Volume Alert notifies users when the amount of candidates assigned to an unresolved tentative location records exceeds a specific number. When enabled from a user's Alert Management page, this alert triggers an email notification to be sent to the user.

Unresolved Duration Alert

The Unresolved Duration Alert notifies users when tentative locations remain unresolved for a specified time period. This helps to highlight the records that may have been overlooked. When enabled from a user's Alert Management page, this alert triggers an email notification to be sent to the user.

Alert trigger and frequency 

A location mapping alert from Alert Management is triggered for a tentative location only once when it first breaches a configured threshold (either candidate volume or unresolved duration).

No further alerts are sent for that specific tentative location unless:

• It breaches a different configured threshold (e.g., first triggers for 25 candidates, then later for 50 candidates if the threshold is increased).
• The existing threshold that triggered the notification is updated.

There may be a maximum 30-minute delay in sending email alerts to relevant users after a threshold is breached.
