Multiple job locations can be added to a standard job when one single job opening is hiring across multiple locations. This allows candidates to view and be matched to a job when they are searching within a specific location criteria, streamlining the application process and increasing visibility for the job across all relevant regions. This feature ultimately helps you manage your hiring more efficiently while offering a better experience for job seekers.

    Use cases

    • Companies that have a wide geographic footprint, such as national retailers, healthcare providers, or large service organizations who need to create a single job posting that hires for multiple locations.

    Configuration

Once this feature is enabled for your account, you can easily return to the Job Builder and add multiple locations to your standard jobs. Learn more about this process here.

View available locations in My Jobs

Users can search and filter jobs for any of the assigned locations.

In My Jobs, standard jobs with more than one available location will be associated with a single Job ID. To view all of these locations,

    1. Ensure you are on the My Jobs page.
    2. Find the preferred standard job.
    3. Select its action menu, or ellipses, and then View All Locations from its drop-down menu.

A drawer will then open where you can view all available locations.

    Candidate experience

When possible, the location the candidate is searching for should show on the job. Candidates can view additional locations by selecting the location displayed.
