This feature allows users to create powerful and logical candidate filtering of several pages throughout the system. These filters can be saved and reused to target candidates easily. Saved filters are called Segments that can be saved for personal or team use.

    • Source (The candidate’s source of origin)
    • Start Keyword (The keyword that initiated the conversation)

    • Additional Filters (This will list all List-Select System Attributes that are enabled in filtering)

    Add filters

    1. Select the funnel icon in the header of the left panel.
    2. A modal will open where filtering attributes will be listed alphabetically. Select a filtering attribute to view and then select its corresponding attribute values in a drop-down menu.
      • Note: You can select Select all to select every option in the drop-down menu, and then de-select options as needed.
    3. Repeat step #2 for any additional filtering attributes.
    4. Select Apply to update the All Candidates list with only the candidates that fit the selected criteria.

    Filter by employees/users

You can also filter by the employees or users in your account. This saves time and makes it easier to locate candidates assigned to different team members, improving efficiency and visibility. Follow the steps below to filter by users in your account:

    1. In the Candidate Inbox, select the funnel icon in the header of the left panel.
    2. A funnel modal will open where filtering attributes will be listed.
    3. Select Employees and search by specific roles, employee username, employee ID, or employee emails.
    4. Select the desired users or employees.
    5. Select Apply to update the list to display only the candidates that fit the selected criteria.

    Deactivated users:

When you want to find deactivated users, you can select the Search Deactivated Users checkbox in the bottom left corner of the Employees drop-down menu. This allows you to filter through the users that are no longer active in the system.

    Create filtered views/segments

You have the option to save filtered views of a page by creating segments. Click here to learn more.

    Filtering logic

The following is default filtering logic:

    • Users can change the layout/hide segments by clicking the layout settings from another custom-created segment and not directly from the All Candidates or Action Needed segments.
    • The Job Title filter is reserved for integrated ATS jobs. Paradox job titles will populate in the Jobs filter.
    • Custom segments and the All Candidates segment will not have a counter against them, but all other default filters will.
    • Currently, the Capture Incomplete filter in the All Candidates segment will always return zero results.

    Permissions

All users will be able to filter candidate and user lists.
