Candidate experience viewing dynamic content
- The candidate asks your AI Assistant Candidate Q&A questions that trigger dynamic content (content tied to topics or dynamic content tied to an audience).
- Culture Topic = Matched to a video on culture in CMS.
- Audience Type = USA = Matched to a video in CMS of the office (displays to every candidate in USA).
- The candidate can like content on mobile and web, similar to a social media experience.
- On web, the liked content will be saved in the hearted favorites.
- The candidate can play YouTube, Vimeo, and Google videos, among others, all within the canvas.
- Hyperlinks / PDFs will also display within the canvas (no more forcing candidates to open tabs left and right).
