    Edit or delete a collection

You have the option to create collections, or groupings of content you want candidates to view, that will display in line with your AI Assistant's response to a Q&A question. Create one or more collections to use in the candidate's conversation.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS from its drop-down menu.
    2. Under the CMS's Candidate Assistant Responses section in the left panel, open the Dynamic Content subsection.
    3. Select the + Add Collection button in the top right corner of the page.
    4. When the new page opens, click the Name your content collection field and enter in a title for this collection.
    5. Select the + Add Content button underneath the Content Collection section.
    6. A slide-out drawer will open and display all Media Library content. Select your preferred pieces and then select Add in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
      • Note: Up to 3 media pieces can be added to a collection.
    7. To add additional content pieces, select the plus icon under the existing content and make the preferred selections from the slide-out drawer that opens.
      • Note: If a plus icon is not listed, it means you have added the maximum number of media pieces to the collection.
    8. Add candidate audiences to this content collection, if preferred, to ensure that specific audiences see this content. Select the + Add Audience button under the Audience section, select the preferred audiences, and then click Apply.
    9. Select Create in the top right corner of the page to create the collection and add it to the list.

    Edit or delete a collection

You can edit or delete a collection by hovering over it within the Dynamic Content list, selecting its action menu, and then choosing the preferred action from its drop-down menu.
