The Shifts feature provides a clear and intuitive experience for candidates, allowing them to easily share their availability.

    Selecting the candidate's list

Users who turn jobs on in My Jobs will be able to determine the shifts that are sent to the candidate. Click here to learn more about this process.

    • Note: Some selections are predetermined on the job and, therefore, uneditable in My Jobs.

This feature is not available for Integrated ATS customers.

    Basic shifts

When utilizing basic shifts, a listing of all shift types will display for the candidate to select from. They also will have the option to note that they are not available for any of the listed shifts. Selecting Confirm after all preferred shifts are noted will allow the candidate to continue their conversation with your AI Assistant.

    Advanced shifts

When utilizing advanced shifts, a listing of all shift timeframes will display on a per day basis. The candidate can then select the days and or day and time(s) that they are available for. Selecting Confirm after all preferred shifts are noted will allow the candidate to continue their conversation with your AI Assistant.

For jobs using advanced shifts, the system uses NLP/LLM enhancements to interpret the candidate's answer about which days they are available. All shifts on those days will be pre-selected in the Tell us when works for you! modal, and the candidate can deselect any as needed.
