Configuration

Contact your CS Representative to enable this feature for you.
Step #2: Install the browser extension
You should be able to add Paradox as a Browser Extension via the Chrome web store.
- Click here to open the extension download for the Olivia Production Instance and here to open the Olivia Staging browser extension download from the Google Chrome store.
- Note: When installing a browser extension for an EU instance, then it will be a similar process, except you will look for the Paradox (eu) extension for both STG and PROD accounts. You can access those download links below:
- The Paradox extension will be listed at the top of the page. Select Add to Chrome to the right of the Paradox logo.
- A modal will then open asking you to confirm the addition of this extension. Click Add extension to confirm and add Paradox as a browser extension.
- Once added, navigate to the top right corner of your browser and select the puzzle-piece icon.
- Next to the new Paradox extension, click the pin icon to pin this extension to your browser for accessibility purposes.
Step #3: Sign in to the extension
- Select the Paradox browser extension icon pinned to the top bar.
- A side modal will open where you can enter in your CEM email/EID.
- Select Next.
- On the following page, enter in your CEM password/PIN.
- Select Sign In.
This will open to the main extension screen where various functions can be performed. Learn more here.
