    Create a employee audience Permissions

From the Employee Audiences list, you can create new audiences.

    Create a employee audience

To create a new employee audience, complete the steps below.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS in its drop-down menu.
    2. From the left panel, open the Employee Audiences list.
    3. Select the + Add Audience button in the upper-right corner of the section.
    4. Add a title to your audience.
    5. Select Detected Location from the Targeting Rules selector to target responses for employees asking questions from a specific IP address.
      • Note: If Employee Assistant is enabled on your account, then Employee Attributes will be another available option for targeting rules.
    6. Choose the match criteria for the audience from the Matches selector.
    7. Enter in the preferred value in the Input field.
    8. If needed, you are able to set a conditional rule or add an additional rule set in order to have certain conditions and criteria set within an audience.
      • If AND is selected, both rules MUST be met together in order for the correct audience response to be outputted.
      • If OR is selected, only ONE of the rules must be met in order for the correct audience response to be outputted.
    9. If you completed #8, then repeat steps #5-7 for each condition added.
    10. Select Create to add the audience.

    Permissions

Users will need full access to the Audience Builder permission (under the Content Management System parent permission). By default, Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to this permission.
