From the Candidate Audiences list, you can create new audiences.
Create a candidate audience
To create a new candidate audience, complete the steps below.
- Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then CMS in its drop-down menu.
- From the left panel, open the Candidate Audiences list.
- Select the + Add Audience button in the upper-right corner of the section.
- Add a title to your audience.

- If needed, you are able to set a conditional rule or add an additional rule set in order to have certain conditions and criteria set within an audience.
- If AND is selected, both rules MUST be met together in order for the correct audience response to be outputted.
- If OR is selected, only ONE of the rules must be met in order for the correct audience response to be outputted.
- If you completed #7, then repeat steps #4-6 for each condition added.
- Click Create to save the audience.
