General form settings
The settings icon will not display when a user is in a specific section.
A form's settings exist in the upper-right corner of the Form Builder's initial page. Within settings, you have the following available actions:
- Duplicate – This will duplicate the form as it exists in its current state.
- Preview Form – This will allow you to preview the form from a candidate’s perspective.
- Add Completion Tracking Pixel – This will prompt the pixel modal where you can write out the script. The pixel will then be placed on the Thank You page on the form. This will trigger when the candidate completes their form.
- Add widget on the form – When toggled on, this will add your AI Assistant to the form to provide candidates a Q&A experience.
Section settings
Each section includes settings that can be applied to each task in that section. To open these settings, click the settings icon listed next to the Cancel button within a specific section. These settings include:
- Maximum Responses Allowed – The maximum number of responses that a new hire will need to enter for each task in the section.
-
Add Condition – The criteria that determines whether a new hire will access or skip the entire section. When toggled on, proceed to enter in the section’s desired conditions. More details about adding conditions are below.
- Note: When there are no tasks added to a section, the section’s settings will be disabled.
