By default, all users within the system will have a Recruiting Site auto-generated for them when their user record is created. This site is often beneficial for recruiters to share out and their specific OIT when scheduling candidates.

    Use cases

    • Recruiters can set up specific availability on their calendars for different regions/locations and share those out with candidates for scheduling purposes.

View and update your Scheduling Site

While your Scheduling Site is auto-generated for you, you are able to make edits as needed to better reflect the experience you are wanting to provide your candidates. To do this,

    1. Navigate to Web Management.
    2. Open the Scheduling Site list under Personal Sites.
    3. Click into your Scheduling Site.
    4. In the Site Details section, enter and select the following details:
      • Branding: This determines the logo that displays and the brand communications.
      • Select language(s): You can select languages that can be translated on the Landing Site.
      • Header title: You can select a title that will be displayed on the header.
      • Header text: You can enter in text that will be displayed on the header.
    5. In the Background Image section, either drag a file or click to browser any of your JPG or PNG files.
    6. Select or enable the following details:
      • Send reminders and confirmations to candidates: – This dropdown allows you to remind candidates to pick an interview time or send confirmations to candidates once the interview time is selected via the phone number or email address.
      • Introduction message – This option allows you to customize the introduction message sent to candidates when they initiate a conversation on this site.
      • Knowledge Base – This option allows your AI Assistant to answer the most frequently asked questions from candidates to improve both the candidate experience and save you time fielding questions.
    7. Select Save & Finish after filling out all of the required fields.

    Copy your Scheduling Site link

From the Scheduling Sites list, you are able to hover over your Scheduling Site, click the ellipses that displays, and then select Copy Site Link or Copy Shortened URL.

You can then open the link to view your Scheduling Site.
