Default interview preferences are the preferences set on an individual, user role, or location basis and indicate an interviewer’s preferred interview type. In order to provide more support for your Interviewers, you can set auto-scheduling to take into consideration these preferences rather than strictly leaning on one set interview type and duration for interviewing.

    Use cases

    • Hiring Managers who want their AI Assistant to take into account their preference for interviewing candidates.

    Configuration

Click here to learn how to configure and set auto-scheduling to default interview preferences.

    Candidate Profile interview

While the candidate is deciding their preferred interview type and duration, the interview card within the Candidate Profile will list Pending for these details. In addition to this, if your interview is listed as a Round Robin group, then the name of the group will be listed as the Interviewer in the interim.
