At times, you may need to edit, cancel, or reschedule an interview altogether. This can easily be done from the Candidate Profile.

    1. Open the preferred Candidate Profile.
    2. Click the Update linked text in the scheduled interview banner.

    3. A slide out drawer will then open and display the interview details. Underneath the interview will be the following available options:
      • Cancel – This will remove it from the attendee(s) calendar. The user can write a custom cancellation message, if desired, before alerting the candidate(s).
      • Edit – This allows users to change the details of the interview, such as interview type, attendees, interview prep, and more.
      • Reschedule – This will allow your AI Assistant to perform her normal schedule logic. Provided that the attendee(s) has/have OIT, your AI Assistant will send the candidate new times for an interview.

Important Note if Using a Scheduling Integration: When a user tries to manually update the location of interview in CEM, the system will check their permissions. If the user does not have permission for the new location, they will be removed from the Interviewer section accordingly.

    Candidate Rescheduling Round Robin Interviews:

When a candidate reschedules an interview that was originally scheduled with a Round Robin Group, the system will reset any manually added interview instructions and attempt to send the default instructions for the new attendee. If the new attendee does not have default instructions configured, no instructions will be sent. This is expected behavior and differs from interviews scheduled with a specific user, where instructions are maintained after rescheduling.
