    Interview types Additional scheduling options

Paradox has a range of interview scheduling options that can be used to best reflect your team’s hiring process.

    Interview types

When setting up automatic scheduling or manually scheduling an interview, Paradox has the following available interview types:

    • In-Person Meeting – This meeting has the candidate meet the interviewer at a designated location.
    • Group Interview – Also referred to as a Panel Interview, this meeting is where multiple interviewers are included in the in-person interview.
    • Virtual Meeting – This meeting is where the interviewer and the candidate meet virtually for the interview.
    • Custom Interview Types – This interview type allows custom interview types to be added to reflect your hiring process by users with full access to Client Setup

    Additional scheduling options

Along with interview types, there are additional scheduling options that can be used when scheduling interviews. These include:

    • Facetime / Ad Hoc Video Interview – From the Candidate Profile’s …More drop-down menu, a user can start a video meeting at any time. When selected, the candidate will be notified via their preferred communication preference to join the call.
    • Round Robin Scheduling – This allows your AI Assistant to distribute candidate interviews more evenly across a group of interviewers.
    • Sequential Interviews – An interview will become a sequential interview when more than one interview is added to the Interview Details section.
    • Conversational Events and Campus – While events include the above interview options, they also allow for Event Sessions to be added, which can be in person or virtual. These sessions are general sessions that candidates can be registered to and attend, but they are not scheduled as interviews.
