The following is logic around the No Availability status when displayed on the Interviews page:

    • Single Attendee – If there is only one attendee for a candidate's interview, your AI Assistant will automatically assign that attendee, enabling the user to apply the No Availability filter using the attendee's name.
    • Multiple Attendees:
      • Multiple Attendees that are added separately – When multiple attendees are individually added to a candidate's interview, your AI Assistant will assign all of them, allowing the user to utilize the No Availability filter with any of the attendees' names.
      • Multiple Attendees that are from the same Hiring Team roles / Round Robin – When a candidate's interview involves multiple attendees assigned through hiring team roles or a Round Robin process, your AI Assistant will not assign any specific attendee to the candidate. In this case, the No Availability filter cannot be used with an attendee's name as no specific attendees are associated with the candidate.
