Table of Contents
The Interviews page is one of our primary interview management tools in the CEM. This page serves as a central location for viewing, editing, and managing past and upcoming interviews that a user has access to and are shared on and, therefore, could have a stake in the successful completion of candidate interviews.

Navigation
Click the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Interviews in its drop-down menu.
Interviews page
Important Note: If a user does not have access to the Scheduling stage, then the system will still allow them to view all candidates on the Interviews page, but won’t allow them to open the Candidate Profile or directly manage the candidate.
The Interviews page uses a unified table view to display all of your interviews. You can customize this table and use powerful filtering and segmentation tools to find the information you need quickly.
Interviews panel and segments
The left panel displays All Interviews and all of your saved interview segments. Segments are saved combinations of table configurations and filters, allowing you to quickly access specific views without having to set them up manually each time.
By default, you'll see two preconfigured segments:
- Upcoming – Displays interviews with a Scheduled status that are taking place in the next seven days.
-
Attention Needed – Displays interviews with a No Availability or Request Expired status from the last seven days.
- Note: You can delete or rename these default segments as needed.
To manage a segment, select the three-dot menu next to its name. You can then:
- Set as Home – Sets the current segment as your default landing page view for the Interviews page.
- Segment Settings – Allows you to rename a segment and adjust who has access to it.
- Delete Segments – Removes the segment from your panel.
Interviews page table
The table displays all interview-related data in a single, comprehensive view. You can customize which columns are visible and their order to suit your workflow.

Special logic
No Availability logic for the Interviews page
- Single Attendee – If there is only one attendee for a candidate's interview, your AI Assistant will automatically assign that attendee, enabling the user to apply the No Availability filter using the attendee's name.
-
Multiple Attendees:
- Multiple Attendees that are added separately – When multiple attendees are individually added to a candidate's interview, your AI Assistant will assign all of them, allowing the user to utilize the No Availability filter with any of the attendees' names.
- Multiple Attendees that are from the same Hiring Team roles / Round Robin – When a candidate's interview involves multiple attendees assigned through hiring team roles or a Round Robin process, your AI Assistant will not assign any specific attendee to the candidate. In this case, the No Availability filter cannot be used with an attendee's name as no specific attendees are associated with the candidate.
