The My Jobs page is where you can open and close jobs, mark jobs as a Hot Job, open the Job Centric View, and much more.
Navigation
To navigate to My Jobs, click the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then the My Jobs app in the dropdown that opens. A list of the published jobs from Job Management will display for each location.
My Jobs sort options
The My Jobs page includes the following available sort options in the upper-right corner above the jobs list:
- Filter – This allows you to filter the job page by job status (open/closed).

Location Selector – This allows you to select one or all locations to filter the list.
- Note: Depending on the selections made on the job, job locations may or may not sync automatically.
- Search Bar – This allows you to filter the list for the characters entered.
Job card details

The job card includes several details to help you gather quick details about the job.
- Internal Job Name – The job title that this job is shown or referenced as internally.
- Public Job Name – The job title that is shown to candidates.
- Job Location – The location of the job. You can select this to open the job's location drawer, which displays the Job Locations and Job Posting Locations. Learn more here.
- Job Posting Type – This will display whether this job is an internal, external, or both internal and external job. This detail will display if Job Posting Types are enabled for your account.
- Job ID – The requisition ID tied to this job.
- Brand – If Multi-Branding is enabled for your account, then this job's assigned brand will display.
- Candidates Per Job – This pill displays the number of candidates who are assigned to that job and for that location since the job was initially turned on. This includes candidates who are in a Capture Incomplete status, but will not include Unsubscribed or Spam candidates. You can click this pill to open the Job Centric View.

Job Pills – After the Candidates Per Job pill, additional pills will display depending on the settings configured for the job. These may include:
- Open Shifts – This lists the number of shifts available for this job. Click this to update the number of open shifts available for this job.
- Number of Hires – This is the current number of candidates who have reached the predetermined Hired stage, if no Hired stage is included in the job's Candidate Journey. When the set value of candidates is met, then the job will either be automatically closed or the job's hiring manager will be notified. Click here to learn more.
- Candidate Volume Optimizer – This is the current number of candidates who have reached the predetermined stage of the Candidate Journey. When the set value of candidates is met, then the job will either be automatically closed or the job's hiring manager will be notified.Click here to learn more.
- Job Posting Toggle – When toggled on, this will open the job, enabling candidates to view and apply to the job. By default, this toggle will be off.

Action Menu – This menu will allow you to take the following actions:
- View Job Description
- Go to Job Manager (if the proper permissions are enabled. Learn more here).
- Edit job shifts and other settings
- View candidates
- Copy the job link
Manage available jobs
Users can edit jobs or turn them on/off easily from the My Jobs page. Learn more here.
Copy job links
Each job has a unique Job Posting page. To copy the link to a job posting page,
- Click the action menu, or ellipses, to the right of the toggle.
- Click any of the following options to copy the link to your clipboard:
- Copy Internal Posting Link: Share this link with internal candidates. Learn more about job posting type links.
- Copy External Posting Link: Share this link with external candidates. Learn more about job posting type links.
- Copy External Private Posting Link: Share this link when a job is marked private. Learn more about private jobs.
- Paste this link into your browser to view the Job Posting page.

Are job changes tracked in My Jobs?
Yes, in the Job History Audit Trail. This tracks all changes to the job and will dictate the action, date, time, and user.
