Assign a candidate to a new job Candidate Profile changes Send message logic

If your account utilizes an Integrated ATS and the Manual Candidate Mobility feature, follow the below process to assign a new job to a candidate.

Assign a candidate to a new job

    1. Ensure that you are in the Candidate Inbox.
    2. Open the preferred candidate’s profile.
    3. Select the More button and then select the Invite to Apply action in its drop-down menu.
    4. In the slide-out drawer that opens, the candidate’s current job and application history will display. From the Location selector, update the job’s current location if necessary.
    5. Select the job and its ID associated with the selected location from the Job selector. All active jobs will be displayed in this selector.
      • Notes:
        • If enabled, then closed jobs will also be displayed in this selector.
          • Unable to move to a closed job. When moving to a closed job that was removed from the original feed, a warning modal will display, notifying you that the job was not synced properly and that the candidate cannot be moved to this job.
        • If the selected job has no matching conversation, then the candidate will be sent an external Job Apply URL.
    6. The Invitation Message will display the default messaging created for moving a candidate to a new job. This message can be manually edited on the fly or updated in Assistant Messaging by your CS Representative.
    7. Click Invite to Apply, and your AI Assistant will invite the candidate to apply to the new job.

    Candidate Profile changes

Once updated, the following will occur:

    • A milestone will be added to the candidate’s conversation noting the change.
    • The candidate will be associated with both jobs under the Applications tab regardless of whether they were dispositioned from the previous job or not. While this will occur, if you do not have access to a job, then it will display as read only in the multi-application selector.

    Send message logic

    • The first message will be sent to the candidate.
    • The second message sent is when your AI Assistant initiates Apply.
    • WhatsApp Logic. The first message will send along with the Continue message, which states:
”A recruiter at #company-name would like to continue the conversation. Is it okay if they send you another message?”
