Happy July! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter. If you want any additional information or help configuring the features below, please contact your CS representative.

Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.

The features in this release apply to your account based on your product packaging. Please contact your CS Representative with any questions about use cases or account configuration.

    Paradox Analytics

    Filtering additions

    Custom duration into the future

    Filter across dashboards

You can now do the following in Paradox Analytics:

    • Add a dashboard-level filter that applies across every report on that dashboard at once
    • Filter by a forward-looking date range, for example, the next 30 days or next 3 months, to complement the existing backward-looking duration filter in reports and dashboards

By putting dashboard-level control directly in your hands, your team can get to a coherent, filtered view of your hiring data in seconds without manually syncing the same filter across every report. And with forward-looking date ranges, you can shift from reporting on what has already happened to planning for what is coming.

Learn more about creating and managing reports and creating and editing a reporting dashboard.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: These features impact all user roles with access to Paradox Analytics.
      • By default, no user roles have access to Paradox Analytics. Work with your CS Representative to determine which users should have access to creating, editing, and deleting dashboards via the Analytics And Reporting > Dashboard permission.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all customers using Paradox Analytics. No setup is required.

    Candidate Volume Optimizer (CVO)

    Location attributes available for targeting

You can now use location attributes (including custom location attributes) as targeting conditions in the Candidate Volume Optimizer (CVO) builder, giving your team more granular control over how volume rules apply across different locations or organizational segments.

By expanding CVO targeting to include location attributes, your team can build precise rules that reflect your organization's actual structure.

Learn more about this is in the configuration guide for the Candidate Volume Optimizer.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementors (Partner Users), as well as user roles with access to the Candidate Volume Optimizer.
      • By default, no other user roles have access to the Candidate volume Optimizer.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all customers using the Candidate Volume Optimizer. No setup is required. To add location attribute targeting:
      • For navigation and configuration instructions, read the Candidate Volume Optimizer configuration guide.

      • Select the desired location attribute.

    Conversational Career Sites

    Visual editor in Site Studio

View site structure on left pane

    Replace images

    Edit text

You can now edit your career site content directly in a visual editor, without modifying any code. Text and image elements are editable, with controls for copy updates, formatting, font weight, links, and image replacements from the Media Library. Saved changes appear on the preview site immediately, and you can publish to the live site whenever your edits are ready.

By bringing content editing into a visual interface, your team can update career site copy and images without submitting a request.

    Channels

    Custom voicemails

You can now upload a custom voicemail recording to replace the default voicemail for all phone numbers tied to your account. Once uploaded, Paradox applies the recording to all incoming calls that go unanswered on any of your account's phone numbers.

By giving your team direct control over the voicemail recording, your AI assistant's phone channel can reflect your brand voice and use your AI assistant's name rather than the default recording.

Learn more about this in Company Information and Voicemail Customization.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts Paradox Admins and System Implementors (Partner Users).
      • By default, no other user roles have access to the Company Information in Settings.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically available to use for all customers using phone numbers. Setup is required to upload a custom voicemail. Please contact your CS Representative for help configuring this feature.

    Conversational Scheduling

    Sequential calendar invite updates

    Email invites

    Google Calendar invites

You can now expect the following in sequential interview communications:

    • Session names appear in all confirmation emails, SMS messages, and calendar invites for Sequential Interview Details.
    • For Google Calendar users, each calendar block includes only the details and video link for that specific session.

By surfacing session names consistently across every communication, candidates and interviewers can join the right session without confusion, and your interview team spends less time managing reschedules caused by confusing interview details.

    Learn more about sequential interviews.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts all candidates and users who receive sequential interview communications or calendar invites.
    • Feature Activation: This feature is automatically applied for all customers using Conversational Scheduling with sequential interviews. No setup is required.

The calendar block feature only displaying details and a video link for that specific session is only for Google Calendars. This is not applicable to Outlook Calendars.

Schedule over unavailable times setting available for round robin groups (RRG) interviews with all attendees

You can now use the Schedule Over Unavailable Times setting for a round robin group (RRG) when all eligible group members are selected as attendees, giving your scheduling team full visibility into whose calendar will be affected when scheduling over busy times.

By enabling Schedule Over Unavailable Times in this configuration, your scheduling team can book a specific interviewer regardless of calendar availability without losing the structure of a round robin group.

Learn more about Round Robin Management and the Choose a Time feature.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts all users but Basic/Limited Users, as well as users with access to scheduling configurations.

    Data Feeds

    Custom location/employee attribute upload support

    Location feed uploads

    Employee feed uploads

You can now map columns in your user and location data feed files to custom attributes using the Import As field, giving your team more flexibility in how feed data populates attributes in Paradox.

By supporting custom attributes, your team can import data directly into the fields your account uses without extra mapping steps or custom workarounds.

Learn more about uploading location data feeds/files and uploading employee/user data feeds/files.

    Platform

    Lookup tables

You can now upload a pay data table (such as a compensation matrix or salary scale) and have Paradox automatically calculate pay attributes for each job based on that table. When a job's inputs (such as pay grade and location) match a row in your table, Paradox populates the Base Pay Minimum, Base Pay Maximum, and Offer Pay Maximum automatically. When the table is updated, all affected jobs recalculate without any changes to individual job records.

By connecting pay attributes to a centrally managed data table, your team can keep pay ranges accurate across every job in your account without manually updating individual records each time compensation rates change.

    Role impact and feature activation

    • Role Impact: This feature impacts Paradox Admins, System Implementors (Partner Users), Account Admins, Power Users, as
      • To grant/restrict access, work with your CS Representative to determine which users should have access to Lookup Tables via the Lookup Tables permission.

    Job Management

    Private job posting setting

You can now control whether external private posting links remain available after a job is turned off. With the new Confidential setting in Job Manager Settings, you can keep those links accessible for inactive jobs, or turn the setting off to remove external private posting links account-wide so they can no longer be accessed or shared.

By putting this control at the account level, your team can lock down inactive roles when they are turned off and prevent closed jobs from continuing to accept candidates through a private link.

Learn more about the Job Manager Settings.

    Role impact and feature activation
