The Job Manager is where users can view and manage your jobs. If you are utilizing Conversational ATS, your experience will be more expansive and customizable, allowing you to create jobs and job templates from scratch as well as use Paradox's distribution feature to send your jobs to job boards.

If you are utilizing an Integrated ATS, each job's information brought in from the master and/or job feed will be populated in the Job Manager, allowing users to view these details and adjust aspects of the job that will allow you to leverage Paradox's candidate experience and automation capabilities.

    Configuration

Regardless of your system setup, users with the right permissions will have access to the Job Manager page. However, the capabilities on this page will differ depending on whether you are utilizing Conversational ATS or External ATS Job Management.

    Navigation

Navigate to Job Manager by first clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu. When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.

    Job Manager sections

The Job Manager has the following sections that can be opened from the left panel:

    • Jobs – This is where all jobs can be created, organized, viewed, and managed. Learn more here.
    • Templates – This section lists all of your account's job templates. Templates can be created and managed from this section. Learn more here.
    • Journey Targeting – This section is specifically geared for customers who have an integrated ATS and want to utilize Conversational ATS functionality to provide a better and more customized candidate experience. Learn more here.
    • Job Description Sections – This section is where users can create dynamic job descriptions for jobs that will display based on set targeting rules. Learn more here.
    • Distribution – This section is where you can enable the sending of your jobs to available job boards directly from the Paradox system. Learn more here.
      • Note: Only Indeed Apply is available to customers who use an integrated ATS.
    • Timelines – This section is where you can create job status timelines for your jobs. This allows you to schedule the posting and closing dates for your jobs. Learn more here.
    • Job Settings – Listed as a button at the bottom of the left panel, Job Settings is where you can define job distribution needs as well as the foundation for the Job Status Timelines feature. Learn more here.

    Job Builder for integrated jobs

While accounts with Conversational ATS will be able to build jobs from the ground up, accounts utilizing an integrated ATS will have all of the data from the job feed populate in the Job Builder. This information will be read-only, and any edits that need to be made to the job itself must be edited within your ATS. However, there will be some fields that full access users can adjust that can assist with the candidate experience and/or Paradox automation processes. These fields are described in the corresponding Job Builder section's article.

    • Note: All but the Screening section will be available for integrated jobs in the Job Builder.
