In the Hiring Team section of the Job Builder, you can add and/or view the job's hiring team.

    Conversational ATS experience

When creating a job template, this section will be optional if the Allow templates to be saved without required data setting is enabled on the backend.

When utilizing Conversational ATS, you will be able to add the necessary team members who will be able to view and manage the candidates that apply to this job at the locations assigned to them. This team can also be utilized to target the following:

    • Interview attendees
    • User workflow communications
    • Candidate Journey permissions

    Add team members

To add hiring team members, follow the process below.

    1. Select the + Add Role button to the right of the Add a Hiring Team Role section.
    2. In the menu that opens, select the roles that need to have users assigned to this job.
      • Note: This will display the Hiring Team Roles configured on the backend. Reach out to your CS Representative if these need to be adjusted.
    3. Select Apply in the bottom right corner of the list.
    4. The selected role(s) will then display in the renamed section, now titled Hiring Team. Select the + Add Employee button next to the first role listed.
    5. From the list that opens, you can select:
      • User role(s) – Selecting a user role will dynamically assign users that have this user role assigned to them and the location permission for the locations on the job.
      • Individual user(s) – Selecting an individual user will assign them as this role for the locations assigned to them.
    6. Select Apply in the bottom right corner of the list.
    7. Select or deselect the Can Manage Job permission for users who should or shouldn't, respectively, have the permission to toggle the job on/off in My Jobs.
    8. Complete steps #4-7 for each selected hiring team role. Each role must have at least one user assigned.
    9. Select Save to apply your changes and move you to the next section.

    Additional hiring team actions

Additional hiring team actions include the following:

    • Adding a role description to My Jobs – You can add a hiring team role description to each selected role, which will display in My Jobs and provide users more context as to which users should be selected, if they are given the ability to manage this role in My Jobs. To do this,
      1. Select the action menu, or ellipses, next to the preferred hiring team role.
      2. Select Edit Hiring Team Role from its drop-down menu.
      3. In the slide-out drawer that opens, enter a hiring role description.
        • Note: You can enter up to a max of 180 characters.
      4. Select Save.
    • Marking the role as optional for this job in My Jobs – By default, all hiring team roles selected will be required in My Jobs. However, you can mark this role as optional by following the steps below.

    Customize hiring team by location

You can set the hiring team on a per location basis from the Hiring Team section of the Job Builder. Click here to learn more.

    Integrated ATS experience

When utilizing an integrated ATS, all users in the feed who are associated with the integrated job will be mapped to their respective Hiring Team roles in this section of the Job Builder for you to see. This mapping applies even if the user does not exist in Paradox yet.

    Add team members

Users can be manually added to the Hiring Team for an integrated job, and these manual additions will not be overwritten by future job feed updates. To do this, follow the process outlined under the Conversational ATS experience section above.

    • Important Note: Users assigned to a Hiring Team through the job feed cannot be manually removed from within the Job Builder.
