Job Distribution overview

IMPORTANT NOTE: Admin Users must enable and disable job distribution to job boards only. Per legal guidelines, your CS Representative cannot manage job distribution on your behalf. Only users with full access to Job Distribution will have the ability to accept terms and conditions and enable job boards.
The Job Distribution section of the Job Manager page allows you to enable the sending of Paradox Jobs to available feeds.
A disclaimer will display every 30 days to users who navigate to the Job Distribution section. Users must select the x icon or Done to show their acceptance of the third-party opt-in. This information will be recorded on the backend for additional reference.
When on this page, the following feeds can be enabled to be used on this page, if enabled in Client Setup:

- Jobcase
- OfferUp
- Talent.com
- Standard ZipRecruiter Feed
- ZipRecruiter: Apply Distribution

- Custom Feeds
Countries supported
- Indeed: View here for countries Indeed supports.
- ZipRecruiter: Supports the US (including Puerto Rico and other US territories) and Canada.
- Jobcase: Supports the US only.
- Talent: View here for countries Talent supports.
- Linkedin: TBD.
Permissions
By default, Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to this feature. To grant additional roles access, please contact a user with full access to Roles and Permissions to have them grant users full access to Job Distribution (under the Job Manager parent permissions).
FAQs
How does Google get jobs? Will they consume Paradox Jobs?
Paradox has included the Google Schema on our job posting pages. This allows Google to crawl (read) the jobs and information about the job needed to host it on Indeed. However, Paradox does not have a mechanism to post jobs to Google or trigger the crawl from Google. This is dependent on the jobs being on a site that Google actively crawls, like a career site or Indeed.
How often will the job feed(s) refresh?
Below are the times in which Paradox will refresh the job feeds (the timezone is UTC). The cron job will run at the 20th minute to avoid the peak time of the server.
