This integration is only available for the APAC region.

The following document outlines the details of the integrations between Paradox and SEEK, the most popular job board in Australia and New Zealand.

    Configuration

Step #1: Enable the job feed

The SEEK feed will first need to be a selected job feed in Job Settings. Click here to learn more.

Step #2: Set up the connection

    1. After the feed is added, return back to the Job Manager landing page.
    2. Open Job Distribution from the left panel.
    3. A disclaimer will display every 30 days to users who navigate to the Job Distribution section. Click the x icon or Done in order to show your acceptance of the third party opt-in.
    4. Toggle on the SEEK toggle.
    5. In the modal that opens, select the Decline or Accept button for SEEK’s terms of service. To enable the SEEK integration successfully, the user must accept the terms of service for SEEK.
      • Note: Only users with access to this page can consent to this agreement; Paradox Admins will not be able to select an option for you.
    6. After accepting the terms of service for SEEK, enter the following details:
      • SEEK Hirers ID (required)
        • Note: If you have more than one brand, then you will be able to set the Seek Hirers ID per brand. Each brand has its own modal view, and you can select Continue to fill out the details for each brand.
      • Contact Person Details
        • Contact Person Full Name (required)
        • Contact Person Email (required)
        • Contact Person Role (required)
          • Hiring Manager
          • Recruiter
        • Contact Person Phone Number (optional)
          • Note: The user can add up to five contact people per account. To add more contact persons to the account, select the Add Contact Person button.
    7. After the user successfully inputs all of the required information, select the Confirm button.

The SEEK integration will then be enabled for your account, and the Your changes to the Job Distribution were saved confirmation will pop up.
