You can better classify jobs by updating their public job titles on a per location basis. This helps candidates gain a better understanding of a job right away rather than just seeing a generic job title, ultimately helping your team find more relevant candidates.

Filtering by public job titles

You can filter for specific public job titles within the Job Manager page and the Candidate Inbox.

When clicking the filter icon on one of these pages, the Jobs filter within the filter modal will display an arrow next to the jobs with multiple public job titles. You can then either select the default public job title for the preferred job or click its arrow to reveal all of its available job titles and then select one or more to filter the view.

Permissions

Users with full access to Jobs will be able to create and manage job titles in the Job Builder. Users with full access to My Jobs will be able to select the job titles available for the jobs and locations assigned to them.
