Interview prep can be created and included on interviews for the candidate, employee, or both to reference in preparation for an interview.

    Use cases

    • Users who want to build more sophisticated documentation to send to employees and candidates during the Interview Scheduling process.
    • Users who want to send different sets of preparation instructions and documents to employees and/or candidates as part of the scheduling process.

    Configuration

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup in the Paradox Tools section.
    3. Client Setup will then open. Scroll down to and open the Scheduling section from the left panel.
    4. Find and enable the Interview Prep setting.
    5. Save the page.

Users will then be able to access the Interview Prep section in settings and configure interview prep for both the user and the candidate. Additionally, the Interview Prep section will display when creating an interview to allow users to attach those previously built interview prep documents to scheduled interviews.
