A hot job is a high priority job that needs increased candidate exposure. When users mark a job as a hot job, then it will display at the top of a candidate’s job Search results.

    Use cases

    • Recruiters and hiring managers who want to increase candidate exposure of higher priority jobs so that they can receive and hire more qualified candidates faster.
    • Candidates who want to know a company’s higher priority jobs.

    Configuration

Work with your CS Representative to enable this feature on the backend for you and set the percentage of total jobs that can be marked as hot jobs at one time as well as other feature customizations.

Important Note: The title, icon, and description of hot jobs will display in My Jobs for users and during Job Search for candidates. The default options will display in this training article, but these will differ depending on your customizations.
