You can be notified about interviews that you have set up or ones that you are attending via Scheduling Alerts.

Scheduling Alerts will send an alert when a candidate schedules, reschedules, or cancels their interview. This allows interview owners and attendees to keep track of interview activity, ensuring that everyone involved is aware of changes or actions needed in the interview process. This also helps keep you informed as to your interview schedule so that you can complete timely actions on interview-related tasks.

This alert tied with Watcher Alerts allows you to only receive notifications for candidates that you have interacted with or are watching.
