Events actions that can be taken on mobile app

Conversational Events and Campus have several actions that are available to be taken on Paradox's mobile application.
Navigation

You can navigate to the Events page by selecting the multi-dot icon in the bottom left corner of Paradox's native app and then Events. This will open the Events page.
Events page
The Upcoming Events list will open by default when you navigate to the Events page. This list will include hiring events, orientation events, and campus events.

At the top of this list, you can complete the following actions:
- My Events lists – This will open available event lists. Selecting an event list will update the page to display its corresponding events that can be opened and viewed.
- Search bar – This will search the list for the characters entered.

Filter – This will allow you to filter the list by the following:
- Venue Type
- Event Venue
- Campus
- Event Date Range

Sort – This will sort the list by:
- Date Ascending (default)
- Date Descending
- By Month
Events widget

From the events widget, you will be able to see a range of information about the event. Click here to learn more. You will also have the option to view event details or delete the event entirely, if you're an Event Manager.
- View event details – Tap the preferred event widget.
- Delete event – Tap the widget's action menu, or ellipses, and then Delete from the slide-up menu that appears at the bottom of the page.
View event details

By default, the event's Dashboard will open. To view other sections of the event, simply tap the panel icon in the top left corner of the page and choose the preferred section.
Dashboard

Tapping the preferred event will open the Event Dashboard, where you can either scroll down or tap the section header pills to view the information stored on the Dashboard. Click here to learn more about the Event Dashboard details.
Available actions

- Tap and view tooltips.

Tasks subsection:
- Take action on tasks, including adding jobs, assigning interviews, or dismissing task notifications.

Schedule subsection:
- You can view the event schedule, which will open the Schedule section. Additional actions can be taken from this section, which are described below.
Promotions

The Promotions tab will provide information on phone numbers and keywords, which you can note down as well as download the QR code associated with them to share in your advertisements. In addition to this, for Campus events, you will be able to see a Kiosk Mode widget, where you can download the QR code used by candidates to access Kiosk Mode on their devices as well as the ability for you to open it. Not available on mobile app: Viewing and taking action on the following areas:
- Event Sites
- Campaigns
Available actions
- Download a phone number's QR code by tapping the Download QR text under an event phone number.
- Tap and view tooltips.
- Open Kiosk Mode, if viewing a Campus event that you have permission to join, by tapping the Open Kiosk Mode button.
- Download a Kiosk Mode's QR code for candidates to use to access Kiosk Mode, if viewing a Campus event that you have permission to join, by tapping the Download QR Code button within the Kiosk Mode section.
Candidates
From the Candidates section, you can view the My Candidates list (for non-Campus events only) and Candidates list. Click here to learn more details about the event's Candidates section.
My Candidates

The My Candidates list shows all of the candidates that are assigned to you. This will display for non-Campus events only. From this list, you can:
- View the candidates that you will be interviewing.
- Search for candidates from the search bar above the list.
- Filter candidates from the filter icon above the list.
- Download a CSV, PDF, or XLSX file of all candidates from the download icon above the list.
- Open a candidate's profile by tapping their name.
When opening the candidate's profile, you can also complete the following actions:

- View their conversation with your AI Assistant.
- Send a message to the candidate.
- Update, reschedule, or cancel an assigned interview.
- View other profile sections by selecting the down arrow next to Conversation (includes history).

- Scheduling an interview.
- Starting a Paradox Video interview.
- Set yourself as a watcher for a specific candidate.
- Edit their information.
- View candidate attributes.
- Lookup the candidate on social media and other sources.
- Move the candidate to a different job (if enabled).
- Mark the candidate as Unread.
- Unsubscribe them from communications.
- Mark the candidate as Spam.
- Share the candidate's profile with another user.
- Screen the candidate.

Conversation:
All Candidates

The All Candidates list allows you to view all candidates who will be attending the event. From this list, you will be able to:
- View registered candidates.
- Add new candidates from the + icon in the bottom right corner of the All Candidates list.
- Search for candidates from the search bar above the list.
- Filter candidates from the filter icon above the list.
- Download a CSV, PDF, or XLSX file of all candidates from the download icon above the list.
- Open a candidate's profile by tapping their name.
When opening the candidate's profile, you can also complete the following actions:

Not available on mobile app: Taking mass action on a candidate, which includes the following capabilities:
- Registration Check-in
- Interview Check-in
- Check-in Both
- Send Message (available from the Candidate Profile)
- Invite to apply (available from the Candidate Profile)
Checking in a candidate can only take place from the Schedule section.
Schedule
From the Schedule section, you can view the My Event Schedule (for non-Campus events only) and Event Schedule. Click here to learn more details about the event's Schedule section.
My Event Schedule

From the My Event Schedule, you will be able to view all candidates that you will be interviewing and at what times. You can take two actions on candidates from this schedule:
- Check in candidates to their interviews with you.
- Tap their name to open their candidate profile.

Conversation:
Event Schedule

From the Event Schedule, you can view all event sessions and interview blocks. Clicking into one of the scheduled sessions will display its details for easy review.
Available actions

For event sessions, you will be able to view all session details, including time, location, and its description. You will also be able to join a virtual session by selecting Join Session under its description.

For interview sessions, you will be able to view all interview details, including the time, candidate, and interviewer assigned to the interview. From here, Event Managers can:
- Add an interviewer to an interview by tapping the + Add Interviewer button, choosing an interview from the selector, and then tapping Confirm.
- Update the interviewer by tapping the pencil icon next to the interviewer's name, choosing a new interviewer from the selector that displays, and then tapping Confirm to finalize the update.
- Check in any candidate by finding their name in the list and tapping the Check In button next to it.
- Join an interview by tapping the Join button that displays for virtual interviews.
- View a candidate's phone number under their designated interview time if you are holding a phone interview.

Assigning a candidate to an open interview time by tapping the time block's action menu, or ellipses; tapping Add Candidate; and then tapping either:
- Add Candidate to add a new, unregistered candidate to the block. Choosing this option will require you to enter the candidate's name and at least one contact method.

Add registered candidate to view all registered candidates and then select the candidate that you want to add to the block.
- Note: Registered candidates that are already scheduled for an interview will have a Scheduled to interview tag next to their name and cannot be selected.
- Delete an open interview time by tapping the time block's action menu, or ellipses, and then Delete.
- View the candidate's profile by tapping their name.
When opening the candidate's profile, you can also complete the following actions:

Conversation:
Jobs

From the Jobs section, you can search for and view all jobs that are tied to the event. Click here to learn more information about the Jobs section.
Not available on mobile app: Adding additional jobs or removing jobs from an event. These actions must be taken on a desktop web browser.
Team

The Team section is where you can view all team members who were added to the event. In addition to viewing event team members, users can complete the following actions:
- Search the list for a specific team member.
Event Ambassadors can complete the following additional actions:
- Remove event attendees from the event by tapping the trash can icon next to their name.
- Update event roles for team members who have event permissions granting them the flexibility of having either the Ambassador or Manager role.
- Add additional team members by tapping the + icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, choosing the users you want to add, tapping Next, and then selecting Add Team Members.
Exit out of an event's details

If you are finished looking at a specific event's details, you can leave the event view by tapping the x icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will open the Upcoming Events list where you can view other events.
