Event Promotions

The Promotions section of an event is where you can find all of the avenues to promote your hiring event or campus event.
Kiosk Mode
This section will only display for campus events.
Kiosk Mode efficiently allows event managers to capture candidate data without wifi and the reliance on a capture conversation. Kiosk Mode can only be utilized for campus events and along with Event Registration Forms. There are two options within this card:
- Open Kiosk Mode – This will open Kiosk Mode on your device.
- Download QR Code – This will download the Kiosk Mode QR code to your device. You can print this QR code to then allow students to scan it and complete the Event Registration Form on their devices.
Event Sites
The Event Sites card includes the Event Landing Page and Upcoming Event Site details that can be used to promote your event. From this card, you can:
- Copy relevant links.
- Download QR codes.
- For the Upcoming Event Site, toggle on Hide Event Landing Page on Upcoming Event Site, which will disable the Event Landing page from being publicly visible on your Upcoming Event site.
If the Event Landing page is not created for a hiring event, the Event Sites card will only include the Upcoming Event Site.
Number & Keywords
The Number & Keywords card houses all phone numbers and keywords added to the event for you to view along with the option to download their QR codes.
- Note: When two or more phone numbers or keywords are added, a View More button will be visible. Click this to expand the card and display all phone numbers and keywords added.
Campaigns
This section will only display if Campaigns is enabled for your account. In addition to this, you can only create a campaign if you have full access to Campaigns.
The Campaigns card allows you the ability to create new single campaigns from a new tab when the + Create a Campaign button is clicked. Each campaign that is created and tied to this event will then be displayed within this section in reverse chronological order based on when they are sent. If you have access to Campaigns, you can click the Go to Campaign button to navigate to the Campaigns page and view that campaign.

Note: When more than three campaigns are associated with an event, then additional campaigns will be hidden within the View More section. Click this to view all campaigns.
