When in Data Feeds, users with view or full access can open a file and view its information in a slide-out drawer. This information includes the following:

    1. File Summary
      • File Name
      • Data Last Updated
      • File Size
      • File Status
    2. File Information
      • Total Rows
      • New Users/Locations
      • Deleted Users/Locations
      • Updated Users/Locations
      • Error Users/Locations
      • Process Time
      • View Details (button)
    3. Manage section
      • Download button (full files and errors only - if available)
        • Note: Users with an email address containing “+readonly@paradox.ai” will not be able to download Employee Feed files in order to prevent the unnecessary sharing of sensitive data.
      • Change file status button
    4. View Records – Clicking the View Details button will open up the view records screen where users can see a breakdown of all the users and locations within the file including:
      • Row #
      • Status of the user or location (Success or Error)
        • Important Note when utilizing the Import Full File feature: If there isn’t a difference between a file from one day to another, then there won’t be anything for the system to process. The file will stop processing and list its status as Error.
      • All columns that were mapped (display values within the file, not mapped paradox values)
      • Users can still access the file slide-out where they can:
        • Download the file (Full File or Errors Only if errors exist)
          • Note: Users with an email address containing “+readonly@paradox.ai” will not be able to download Employee Feed files in order to prevent the unnecessary sharing of sensitive data.
        • Change the file status (Mark as Needs Attention/Resolved)
    5. History – The History tab will display a notification when:
      • a manual upload was initiated
      • a file status was changed to Needs Attention or Resolved
      • when there was no file in the expected folder (at expected upload time)
        • If a file is not detected when the scheduled upload was expected to happen, then a notification will appear on the dashboard informing users that the file attempted to upload. This notification will need to be cleared for each user.
        • At any time, a user can click the History button to view past notifications.
    6. File Statuses – Files can display the following statuses:
      • Processing – A file is currently being uploaded.
      • Success – All users/locations within a file were uploaded.
      • Resolved – A file was manually marked as Resolved or all errors were re-uploaded. Users can mark a file as Resolved when it is the Needs Attention status to indicate that all necessary fixes have been made on the file.
      • Needs Attention – A file had users or locations that had errors (were not uploaded). A user can make a file as Needs Attention when it is in the Resolved status to indicate that there are errors that need attention.
      • Skipped – The file was added to the folder too late based on the date on the file and was, therefore, not uploaded by Paradox.
      • Received – A file was received via the folder but has not reached its processing time. This will be updated at the correct time.
      • Invalidated – The file uploaded has one or multiple columns with incorrect mapping in configuration.
      • Error – More than 10% of total users/locations are deleted.
        • Important Note when utilizing the Import Full File feature: If there isn’t a difference between a file from one day to another, then there won’t be anything for the system to process. The file will stop processing and list its status as Error.
    7. Hover tools – Hovering over a file will display an ellipses with the following actions:
      • View Details – This will allow users to the view the file's details.
      • Mark as Resolved – This will mark a Needs Attention file as Resolved.
      • Download (Full) – This will download the full file.
        • Note: Users with an email address containing "+readonly@paradox.ai” will not be able to download Employee Feed files in order to prevent the unnecessary sharing of sensitive data.
      • Download (Errors Only) – This will download the errors in the file, if errors exist.
        • Note: Users with an email address containing “+readonly@paradox.ai” will not be able to download Employee Feed files in order to prevent the unnecessary sharing of sensitive data.
