Unable to overwrite Required Locations Validation error

Job data packages may display the below errors. This page assists you in troubleshooting these errors.

    Unable to overwrite

The Unable to Overwrite modal will appear due to one of the below reasons:

    1. There is a job that is turned on in My Jobs that is assigned to this package, and you are attempting to save a field without a value but it is marked as required for the job. This can be whether you are trying to save a required value as null or changing a null value from optional to required.
    2. A job assigned to this package is turned off in My Jobs, but the data is required and not editable in My Jobs, therefore the data needs to be required in jobs and this will make it not.
    3. You add a new Job Attribute to the package and new attributes are defaulted to not be editable in My Jobs.

Ensure to resolve the corresponding issue to save and publish the package.

    Required Locations

This error will display due to one of the below reasons:

    1. You have an attribute that is marked as required to post but not editable in My Jobs and this attribute is missing a value for at least one location.
    2. You have an attribute that is marked as required to post and is editable in My Jobs, but the job is currently posted and this attribute is missing a value for at least one location.

Ensure to resolve the corresponding issue to save this job data package and publish the job.
