Company Information overview

Table of Contents
The Company Information page holds general information about the company that can be tied to different aspects of the system, including Scheduling.
Navigation
You can navigate to Company Information by completing the below process.
- Select the All Apps button in the top header.
- Select Settings from its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Company Information under Company.
Company Information sections
Company Information is broken down into sections that can be opened from the left panel. These include:
- Details
- Email Branding (if the account has Multi-Branding disabled)
- Brand Management (if the account has Multi-Branding enabled)
- Contextual AI
- Variable Customization
- Voicemail Customization
Permissions
By default, only Paradox Admins will have full access to Company Information. Work with your CS Representative to determine who, if at all, should have access at your company and the following permissions to access each section:
- Branding
- Contextual AI
- Details
- Variable Customization
- Voice Mail Customization
It is highly recommended to not provide users access to the Variable Customization section of the Company Information page.
