The Data Privacy Request section of Company Information allows you to configure who receives email notifications when a candidate requests to delete or modify their data.

Data privacy request section
To configure data privacy request email routing, users will need full access to the Data Privacy Requests permission under Company Information in Roles & Permissions and can complete the below steps.
- In the Data Privacy Request section of Company Information, enable Send an email notification when a candidate requests to delete/modify their data?
- Enter email addresses for the following fields:
- Deletion Requests: This sends the recipient an email with an approval request when a candidate asks to delete their data.
- Modification Requests: This sends the recipient an email with an approval request when a candidate asks to modify their data.
- In the upper-right corner, select Save.
Email notifications are then sent to the email addresses you configure when a candidate submits a data deletion or modification request when the candidate requests to see, update, or delete data.
You can enter multiple email addresses in each field.
Deletion and modification requests can be sent to the same recipient or to different recipients.
