The Q&A section of Client Setup houses all settings related to the CMS/Q&A product and includes the following settings:

    • Content Management System – This enables the Content Management System (CMS), which is where the Q&A knowledge base is managed.
      • Content Quality Score – This enables Content Quality Score in the system, which evaluates how well your knowledge base content supports AI candidate conversations. Learn more about Content Quality Score.
      • Candidate CheckStatus Experience – This enables the Candidate CheckStatus Experience in the system, allowing candidates to view all associated applications rather than only their most recent application. Learn more about the CheckStatus experience.
      • Candidate Q&A – This enables Candidate Q&A in the system, in which candidates will receive answers to questions around the company, culture, benefits, and more.
      • Employee Q&A – This enables Employee Q&A in the system, in which employees will receive answers to questions around the company, culture, benefits, and more. This can be toggled on if your team is using the Employee Communications product.
      • Prompt for Questions – This will enable the AI Assistant to ask the candidate “How else may I assist you?” after an Apply conversation is completed to better prompt the candidate to ask more questions.
      • Top Topics Section – This will add a new Top Topics section to the top of the Q&A lists where the most important questions asked by candidates/employees can live.
      • General COVID-19 Q&A – This will enable the Covid Custom Pack, which was created in response to questions around the coronavirus. If enabled, then the custom NLP app built for Candidate Q&A Covid 19 will be automatically connected to the Knowledge Base.
      • Trucking Q&A – This will enable the Trucking Custom Pack, which was created for trucking customers. If enabled, then the custom NLP app built for Trucking Q&A will be automatically connected to the Knowledge Base.
      • Onboarding Q&A – This will enable the Custom Onboarding Pack, which covers additional topics about forms, taxes, and other onboarding materials. Once enabled, you will have to build out a knowledge base from relevant company documents and upload them via the Linked Google Account setting.
      • Inquiry Detection – This allows the AI Assistant to answer a candidate’s question while they are in the middle of Apply or a pending interview request. This feature is turned on once Candidate Q&A is ready to go live and has been published in the CEM account. When this feature is available, the Candidate Q&A Knowledge Base will also include state-level responses to provide more contextually relevant responses during the Apply and interview request stages of the conversation.
      • Linked Google Account – This is the Google account where your knowledge base lives. Select Sign in with Google to link to your Google account and then use the URL link from the Knowledge Base Google Sheet you created to enter it into the Link to Company Spreadsheet field.
      • Company Alias – The name of your company. Entering this in allows for our NLP to register the customer name as “this company” so it doesn’t confuse the NLP, as company names can sometimes trigger different topics.
