The Campus section of Client setup supports the Campus product and includes the following settings:

    • Campus – This enables the Campus product for the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
    • Campus Planning – This allows users to complete default and custom planning fields within their events and create campus activities. Planning fields are helpful in adding relevant planning details to the account's event(s).
    • Approvals – This will display when Campus Planning is enabled. This allows users to create an approval process for campus events and activities.
      • Note: Approvals should only be turned on if the Approvals feature is an expectation. The majority of customers using the Campus solution currently do not use this feature.
    • Allow employees to edit planning fields after an event or an activity is approved – This allows all users who have access to an event/activity the ability to edit all planning fields after the event/activity is approved.
      • Note: If the event's budget and expenses have already been submitted and this toggle is on, then the user will not be able to edit it.
