Approvals
Edit job details while reviewing an approval request
Opening approvals in the Recruiting Dashboard

Editing approvals in Approvals (Full Access)

You can now edit specific job details, including job titles, locations, and descriptions, directly from within any job approval request if you have the proper permissions. You can also view the complete candidate journey and screening outcomes without leaving the approval flow. For users who review approvals from the Recruiting Dashboard, approval requests are now accessible directly from there as well.
What this means for you: There's no need to deny and resubmit a request just to make a minor correction to a job detail. If your permissions allow it, you can make adjustments and approve in one step, with the full candidate picture right alongside the job information so you have everything you need to make a confident decision.
How to access:
- In the upper-left corner, select All Apps > Automation > Approvals.
- Using the lefthand navigation, select Approval Requests > Jobs.
- Open a job approval in the For Review tab.
- Review job details such as title, location, or description.
- Note: If your user role has Full Access to Approvals, you can edit these fields directly within the request.
- Select Approve or Deny for the job approval after reviewing all fields as needed.
Learn more about submitting / resubmitting approval requests, approving / denying approval requests, and the Recruiting Dashboard.
Depending on your account configuration and user role permissions, access to edit details within a job approval request may not be available. Contact your Company or Account Admin for support.
Conversational Events
Schedule staff-only sessions within an event

You can now mark specific event sessions as Session Staff Only using a new setting in the Event Builder. Sessions with this setting enabled are completely hidden from candidates and visible only to logged-in event team members.
What this means for you: If you organize hiring events, you can now schedule internal sessions, like candidate debriefs or team decision meetings, directly within the same event without candidates seeing them. Your event schedule stays in one place, and candidates only see what is relevant to them.
How to access:
- In the upper-left corner, select All Apps > Events.
- Select + Create New Event and complete the required event details.
- In the Schedule step of the Event Builder, drag, drop, or click to create a new session.
- In the Create a Session drawer, select Event Session.
- Enable the Session Staff Only toggle to restrict the session to event staff and hide it from the candidate-facing schedule.

Depending on your account configuration and role permissions, access to the Event Builder may not be available. Contact your Company or Account Admin for support.
Conversational Scheduling
One meeting link for all rounds in a same-day sequential interview
When configured, sequential interviews scheduled on the same calendar day can now use a single persistent virtual meeting link for every session. Candidates and interviewers join the same meeting room from the first round to the last.
What this means for you: There's no more juggling or confusion between multiple meeting links when you're running back-to-back interviews in a single day. Everyone, including your candidates, uses one consistent room all day, making the experience simpler and more professional for everyone involved.
How to access: This setting is configured by your Company or Account Admin in Client Setup. Once enabled, the shared meeting link applies automatically to same-day sequential interview sequences.

My Jobs
Create Standard Jobs directly from My Jobs

You can now create Standard Jobs directly from My Jobs using an existing published job template, and navigate to the Job Builder for any job with a single click, if you have the proper permissions.
What this means for you: You can create a new job right where you already manage your open roles, without going to a separate area to get started. When a hiring need comes up, you can act on it immediately. Jumping into Job Builder for updates takes one click instead of several.
How to access:
- In the upper-left corner, select All Apps > My Jobs.
- To create a new job, select + Create Job and choose an existing published job template. From there, you can configure job details.
- To open an existing job in Job Builder, select the action menu, or ellipses menu, next to the job and choose Open in Job Builder.
Learn more about creating a job from My Jobs.
Depending on your account configuration and role permissions, access to create jobs from My Jobs may not be available. This feature requires Standard Jobs to be enabled in your account and for your user role to have Full Access to the My Jobs > Create Job permission in Roles and Permissions.
