Add the WOTC section
The WOTC section can be added to any form, but the WOTC provider must be provided to your CS Representative in order for a candidate to complete it. To add the WOTC section,
- Navigate to the Forms page.
- Open the preferred form.
- Click Add Section.
- Select the WOTC section.
- A text box will display. Enter in the instructions for the candidate to complete their WOTC form. The link to the WOTC form will be generated based on their provider.
- Click Save.
- Publish the form.
Candidate experience

When the candidate reaches the WOTC section in their form, the display text will be presented to the candidate along with the form link. The candidate will need to select Get started, which will cause the WOTC provider's integration to be displayed in an iFrame.
- Note: If the WOTC provider integration is a link to a new tab, the iFrame will not show.
Opt out
In alignment with federal regulation, Paradox provides support for candidates who opt out of the provided WOTC section of their form. Opt-out functionality is dictated by your configured WOTC provider and may require candidates to provide a minimal amount of identifying information before submitting their completed (and opted-out) WOTC form.
When opting out of the WOTC section of a form, candidates must still submit their WOTC form to advance to the next stage of their form.
