Conversational Campus Events

Campus Events can be integrated with Workday Candidate Engagement (CE) and Workday Recruiting

• Best Practices are currently being identified & will be shared with the team once consolidated.
• High-Level Integration Design Capabilities:
  • Prospect creation after event registration
  • Candidate creation after application completion (through event registration)
  • Invite to event from Workday Recruiting

Talent Communities

This should have an integration with Workday Candidate Engagement (CE) if enabled in your client's account. Generally, this does not cost an additional fee, as we are just pushing candidates into the Workday Talent Community.

If a client asks about our ability to support Talent Communities and they do not have CE, please have that validated with Andrew McMannis.

• How: Paradox would mimic the different Workday CE talent pools as options to offer the candidate. Once the candidate opts-in, then they will be created as a prospect within WD.
• Use Cases:
  1. The candidate has not found a job within 3 job search attempts, so the AI Assistant asks the candidate if they want to opt-in to our talent community.
  2. The candidate never finishes their application. Once it expires, the AI Assistant asks the candidate if they want to opt-in to our talent community.
