The Conversation box within the Applications tab shows the candidate's conversation with your AI Assistant and any other users who may have messaged the candidate. Messages can be sent from this box as free-form messages or through the use of messaging templates, and the conversation will include milestones of different statuses or actions taken place since the candidate first initiated the conversation.

    • Note: When the clock icon above the conversation is highlighted in blue, then the candidate's journey status changes will be included in the conversation.

    Explicit content

If content sent via a form or uploaded by a candidate is deemed explicit by the system, then it will be automatically marked as sensitive and blurred from users' view. However, at any time, you have the option to manually blur images for yourself and/or others. Learn more about explicit/sensitive content here.

View and download Terms & Conditions

    1. Navigate to the candidate’s profile.
    2. Within their conversation with your AI Assistant, click the View Terms linked text within the Terms accepted milestone.
    3. A modal will open where you will be able to view the Terms & Conditions as well as the candidate’s name, communication method used, date, and time associated with them agreeing to these terms. Click Download to download their specific agreed to Terms & Conditions or click Close to close the modal.

    Emojis and reactions

Your AI Assistant handles certain emoji messages and message reactions from candidates automatically.

    Message reactions

When a candidate reacts to a message with an emoji (such as on iOS or on a Samsung device), the reaction displays as a small icon next to the original message in the conversation.

Reaction messages are not displayed as separate message bubbles, and your AI Assistant does not send a response to them.

    Emoji messages

When a candidate sends a message that contains only an emoji, your AI Assistant responds to it automatically. The response the candidate receives depends on which emoji was sent:

    Emoji Sent

    Your AI Assistant's response

    😊 “That's great!”
    👍 “Sounds good.”
    👎 “No thanks.”
Any other single emoji "I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand. Could you please clarify?"

If a candidate sends a message with both text and emojis, your AI Assistant responds to it the same way it would any other message.

    Permissions

You will need access to the Messaging permission to view and/or contact candidates from their Candidate Profile. You will also need access to the Messaging Template permission to gain access to and send messaging templates to candidates.
